Premier Pew Padding brings all materials and equipment right to your church to complete all work On-Site. Typical turn around time is 6-8 weeks from time of signed contract to job completion. In most cases we will provide a 2’’ thickness of new pew seat foam and 1’’ thickness of pew back foam. These provide you the most comfortable seating you can get. We use pew upholstery tacking strips on the cap rail. This ensures a straight and even line across the pew backs. This is identical to the factory appearance and the method is just as strong. Our seats are stretched with a special pew upholstery tool that guarantees your fabric will not wrinkle.
We complete the work in just a few days. Upon completion we will do a walk through with the church to ensure satisfaction, checking every single church pew with your members to certify your pews are perfect. We begin with a conversation regarding your current situation at the church and discuss possible options for your sanctuary update. While in the step we will need some information on your current pews to deem them suitable for Pew Cushions or Pew Upholstery.
The wood used on the pews, the current shape and quality of your pews are the factors in considering options. Once we have ensured your current pews will last you for 25+ years we move on to finding out how much pew upholstery you will need. example: will you want seat only upholstery, seat and back, or seat, back, and book rack side. Your current pew body, your budget, and personal preference determines this. After we know how many pews you want upholstered, the length of those pews, and how much upholstery you need we can send you samples of upholstery for you or the committee to select from.
There are plenty of options for you to choose from. After you have your fabric selected and we know how many pews you need upholstered and how long they are we can give you final pricing and scheduling.
