In Arcadia, Florida, we stripped old foam and fabric from a set of church pews and put new materials on — then put the pews back where they belonged. Not every job happens in the sanctuary; this one ran out of the church gym while other work was happening in the main room.
Working in the gym

Pews were temporarily moved into the gymnasium. That’s fine for our crew — we set up a clean work area, keep pieces protected, and treat the gym like any other job site so the sanctuary can stay available for whatever else the church is doing.
Strip, then new foam and fabric
We removed worn covers carefully so we could check the wood frames. Frames were solid. New foam was cut to the pew contours, then fabric went on tight and even.

Re-align and re-anchor

Last step: get every pew back into place, aligned and anchored. If a church wants a layout tweak while they’re at it, we can shift rows — Arcadia stayed with their existing arrangement.
