Church pew upholstery is how most committees refresh a sanctuary without buying new pews. We come to you, strip worn fabric and foam, and reupholster the pews you already own with a mobile factory-style press and 4-way stretch commercial fabric. The wood stays in the room. You keep Sunday.
Is this the right fit?
Sound pew frames with tired fabric or foam are usually worth keeping. Reupholstery costs about one-third of new pews of similar quality, and the congregation keeps the wood it already knows.

Process
We measure every pew, note the body style, and talk through seat-only, seat-and-back, or fully upholstered.
Samples go with the quote. We use 4-way stretch commercial goods and high-density foam for weekly worship.
The press comes into the aisle. Old fabric and foam come off; new foam and fabric go on, pew by pew.
You keep Sunday. When the crew leaves, the sanctuary is ready for worship.
Planning checklist
Reupholstery replaces fabric and foam. We remove the old cover, usually the foam, and press new high-density foam and 4-way stretch fabric onto your pews.
Choose seat only or seat and back. Seat and back is what most churches want. Fully upholstered ends are a separate choice.
Replace tired foam with the fabric. Soft or broken-down foam is what makes seats feel uneven. High-density foam goes in with the new cover.
Use 4-way stretch, not 2-way. Two-way fabric walks off the nose and corners. Commercial 4-way goods wrap clean and stay tight under the press.
A press beats hand-stapling. Hand-stapled field work loosens at the crown. Our factory-style press locks foam and fabric together in the aisle.
Decide fabric against the room. Line samples up with your wall color and carpet before the vote, and settle seat-only versus seat and back in the same meeting.
Before you call
Photograph three angles. One full pew from the aisle, a close shot of the seat front, and the room from the back.
Measure one pew end to end. Count how many have seats and backs versus seats only. That is enough to start a quote.
Say if refinishing rides along. Scratched ends and tired finish are easier to match when stain and fabric are chosen together.
Check colors in sanctuary light. Office lights lie. Bring samples into the room in daylight and leave them overnight if you need a second look.
Care is simple. Vacuum with a soft brush, wipe spills promptly, and keep hymnals off the seat crown where they rub.
Three questions come up every time. Will we miss a Sunday? Who does the work? How long does it last? We answer all three before the vote.
