Our on-staff designer sits with the committee, then delivers high-resolution renderings of your own sanctuary in 3–4 weeks. The committee votes on pictures of the room, not swatches on a folding table.
Is this the right fit?
Pews, flooring, wood, paint, and windows all change how the room feels. Once a floor or a set of pews is done, it is expensive to redo, and it may be years before the church can afford another remodel. Renderings let you see it first.
Design also covers what sits around the pews. Lighting and sound can be planned in the same drawings through our church audio, video and lighting work, and colors are checked against your stained glass.
What’s included
Process
Our designer meets the committee on site, looks at the light, the glass, the wood, and what has to stay.
We photograph the sanctuary and build options for colors, fabric, flooring, and finishes.
Three colorways, each shown from the front, back, and side, usually 3–4 weeks after the meeting.
Small revisions come back in a day or two, so the committee votes on the finished picture.
Before you call
Bring clear photos. The back, the front, both sides, plus any stained glass. Light in the room drives every color choice.
Renderings settle the vote. Masterpiece includes three colorways and three views each, drawn of your own sanctuary.
Decide the scope early. Paint, carpet and pew fabric belong in the same conversation. Design only pays off when the pieces work together.
Name other trades up front. AVL or stained glass changes sightlines and color. Say so on the first call.
Write what stays and what changes. A short list keeps the first meeting focused and the quote honest.
Short-list before the full vote. Two or three people can narrow fabrics and colors so the larger committee is not arguing over every swatch.
Real work
At Grace Baptist in Waverly, Iowa, our designer Melanie worked with Pastor Lee on the fabric and recommended a stain protectant for the lighter color they wanted. At Holy Family in Victoria, TX, the parish saw a rendering and signed off on colors before a single pew was touched.
